DescriptionThe vulnerability allows a remote attacker to crash the application.
The vulnerability exists due to a boundary condition within the LibRaw::stretch() function in librawsrcpostprocessingaspect_ratio.cpp. A remote attacker can create a specially crafted file, trick the victim into opening it, trigger an out-of-bounds read error and perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.
Update the affected package libraw to the latest version.
