Description

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to execute arbitrary code on the target system.

The vulnerability exists due to the affected plugin does not configure its YAML parser to prevent the instantiation of arbitrary types. A remote authenticated attacker able to configure jobs with the filter, or control the contents of a previously configured job’s SCM repository can pass specially crafted data to the application and execute arbitrary code on the target system.

Successful exploitation of this vulnerability may result in complete compromise of vulnerable system.
