Description
The vulnerability allows a local user to escalate privileges on the system.
The vulnerability exists due to incorrectly implemented authorization process within multipathd daemon caused by insufficient patch for #VU68722 (CVE-2022-41974). A local unprivileged user can bypass build-in authorization and execute privileged commands on the system.Mitigation
