CryptXXX: have troubles obtaining decryption key after paid ransom? Please contact support

We were writing about CrypXXX about two weeks ago. Apparently, Ransomware business went to the next stage of its evolution, offering support services for clients, who are willing to pay ransom. According to BleepeingComputer, CrypXXX (now it is called UltraCrypter) has a very good and user-friendly interface, which guides you step by step to make the ransom payment.

The two previous versions of CrypXXX 1 and 2 had a problem with encryption, which allowed Kaspersky to issue a free decryptor. New version of CrypXXX however does not have that issue anymore, and there is no free decryptor yet, after almost two weeks.

After release of UltraCrypter a new issue has arisen – the victims were unable to download decryptor after paid ransom. As shown on the screenshot below, the victim has paid the ransom, but the system did not accept it:

Given the problem, ransomware developers are having with decryption and payments, they have decided to add HelpDesk support(!). Below is a tab with UltraCrypter HelpDesk support for those, who have questions or issue with the software.

Since even FBI recommends victims to pay the ransom, why not make it an official business with 24/7 support and VIP account, right? )
