The vulnerability allows a remote non-authenticated attacker to gain access to sensitive information.
The vulnerability exists due to an out-of-bounds read error within the eisa_eeprom_read() function in drivers/parisc/eisa_eeprom.c. A remote non-authenticated attacker can gain access to sensitive information.
