SB2010112202 - Denial of service in Linux kernel ipv4

Description

This security bulletin contains information about 1 security vulnerability.

1) Division by zero (CVE-ID: CVE-2010-4165)

The vulnerability allows a local user to perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.

The vulnerability exists due to a divide by zero error within the do_tcp_setsockopt() function in net/ipv4/tcp.c. A local user can perform a denial of service attack.
