Description

1) Permissions, Privileges, and Access Controls (CVE-ID: CVE-2014-0181)
The vulnerability allows a local user to bypass implemented security restrictions.
The vulnerability exists due to improper permissions check in Netlink implementation in Linux kernel. A local user can bypass intended access restrictions and modify network configurations by using a Netlink socket for the stdout or stderr of a setuid program.
