1) Use-after-free (CVE-ID: CVE-2016-8655)

The vulnerability allows a local user to execute arbitrary code.

The vulnerability exists due to a use-after-free error within the packet_setsockopt() and packet_set_ring() functions in net/packet/af_packet.c. A local user can execute arbitrary code.


2) Buffer overflow (CVE-ID: CVE-2016-9793)

The vulnerability allows a local user to execute arbitrary code.

The vulnerability exists due to memory corruption within the sock_setsockopt() and max_t() functions in net/core/sock.c. A local user can execute arbitrary code.


3) Use-after-free (CVE-ID: CVE-2016-9576)

The vulnerability allows a local user to execute arbitrary code.

The vulnerability exists due to a use-after-free error within the blk_rq_map_user_iov() function in block/blk-map.c. A local user can execute arbitrary code.
