1) Arbitrary code execution (CVE-ID: CVE-2017-6735)
The vulnerability allows a local authenticated attacker to execute arbitrary code.The weakness exists in the CLI of the Cisco Prime Network Gateway due to improper handling of modified backup configuration files. A local attacker can modifying certain components within the backup system files and execute arbitrary code with root privileges.
Successful exploitation of the vulnerability may result in system compromise.
