1) NULL pointer dereference (CVE-ID: CVE-2017-11063)

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.

The vulnerability exists due to a NULL pointer dereference error in Android for MSM, Firefox OS for MSM, QRD Android, with all Android releases from CAF using the Linux kernel, as a result of a race condition between two userspace processes that interact with the driver concurrently, a null pointer dereference can potentially occur. A remote attacker can perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.
