Description

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to execute arbitrary commands on the target system.

The vulnerability exists due to a command injection flaw in the Helpdesk. A remote unauthenticated attacker can send specially crafted data to inject and execute arbitrary commands with elevated privileges.

Mitigation

The vulnerability has been fixed in the versions 

  • QTS 4.2.6: build 20180711 and later
  • QTS 4.3.3: build 20180716 and later
  • QTS 4.3.4: build 20180710 and later
