DescriptionThe vulnerability allows a remote attacker to conduct XXE attack on the target system.
The vulnerability exists due to improper processing of XML input that contains a reference to an external entity by the MsBibImporter XML parser. A remote attacker can trick the victim into open an XML file that submit malicious input, conduct an XXE attack, which the attacker could use to access sensitive information, cause a denial of service (DoS) condition, or perform other unauthorized actions on the system.
