DescriptionThe vulnerability allows a remote authenticated user to perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.
Vulnerability in the Solaris component of Oracle Sun Systems Products Suite (subcomponent: Kernel). The supported version that is affected is 11.3. Easily exploitable vulnerability allows low privileged attacker with network access via SMB to compromise Solaris. Successful attacks require human interaction from a person other than the attacker. Successful attacks of this vulnerability can result in unauthorized ability to cause a hang or frequently repeatable crash (complete DOS) of Solaris. CVSS 3.0 Base Score 5.7 (Availability impacts).
