Description

The vulnerability allows a local unprivileged attacker to gain elevated privileges on the target system.

The vulnerability exists due to race condition in the svpn component. A local attacker can gain knowledge of sensitive information, manipulate certain data, or assume super-user privileges on the local client host.

Mitigation

Update to version 7.1.7.2.
