EUVDB-ID: #VU17806

Risk: High

CVSSv3.1: 8.6 [CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:L/PR:N/UI:R/S:C/C:H/I:H/A:H/E:P/RL:O/RC:C]

CVE-ID: CVE-2019-6453

CWE-ID: CWE-77 - Command injection

Exploit availability: Yes

Description

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to execute arbitrary commands on the target system.

The weakness exists due to argument injection through custom URI protocol handlers. Successful exploitation of the vulnerability may result in system compromise.

Mitigation

Update to version 7.55.
