DescriptionThe vulnerability allows a remote attacker to perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.
The vulnerability exists in the client application due to insufficient validation of user-supplied input. A remote attacker can trick the victim into opening a malicious file to overwrite sensitive application files and eventually cause a denial of service (DoS) condition by foreclosing future access to the system to the targeted user.
