Description

The vulnerability allows a local user to gain access to potentially sensitive information.

The vulnerability exists due to the way Logstash logs malformed URLs. If the malformed URL is specified as part of the Logstash configuration, the application will log credentials for the URL as part of the error message. A local user can view contents of err logs and gain unauthorized access to credentials that belong to other application users.

Install updates from vendor's website.
