The vulnerability allows a remote authenticated user to manipulate data.

A tampering vulnerability exists in the NuGet Package Manager for Linux and Mac that could allow an authenticated attacker to modify a NuGet package's folder structure, aka 'NuGet Package Manager Tampering Vulnerability'.
