Description

This security bulletin contains information about 3 secuirty vulnerabilities.


1) Out-of-bounds read (CVE-ID: CVE-2019-15146)

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.

The vulnerability exists due to heap-based buffer over-read (4 bytes) in GPMF_Next in GPMF_parser.c. A remote attacker can perform a denial of service attack.


2) Out-of-bounds read (CVE-ID: CVE-2019-15147)

The vulnerability allows a remote non-authenticated attacker to perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.

GoPro GPMF-parser 1.2.2 has an out-of-bounds read and SEGV in GPMF_Next in GPMF_parser.c.


3) Out-of-bounds write (CVE-ID: CVE-2019-15148)

The vulnerability allows a remote non-authenticated attacker to perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.

GoPro GPMF-parser 1.2.2 has an out-of-bounds write in OpenMP4Source in demo/GPMF_mp4reader.c.
