1) XML External Entity injection (CVE-ID: CVE-2019-16549)

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to gain access to sensitive information.
The vulnerability exists due to insufficient validation of user-supplied XML input. A remote authenticated attacker can pass a specially crafted XML code to the affected application, conduct a man-in-the-middle attack and have Jenkins parse crafted XML documents.
2) Cross-site request forgery (CVE-ID: CVE-2019-16550)

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to perform cross-site request forgery attacks.
The vulnerability exists due to a connection test form validation method does not require POST requests. A remote attacker can trick the victim to visit a specially crafted web page and perform arbitrary actions on behalf of the victim on the vulnerable website.
