Description

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to perform DoS attack on the target system.

The vulnerability exists due memory leak in the tmrouted process on a BIG-IP system licensed with the Routing bundle and configured for Multicast Forwarding Cache (MFC). A remote attacker can trigger memory leak and perform a denial of service attack by exhausting system resources.

Mitigation

Install updates from vendor's website.
