Description

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.

The vulnerability exists within the Extensible Messaging and Presence Protocol (XMPP) feature due to improper input validation of XMPP packets. A remote attacker can send  specially crafted XMPP packets to an affected device and cause process crashes and a DoS condition for XMPP conferencing applications.
