Description

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to gain access to potentially sensitive information.

The vulnerability exists due to the Remote Desktop Connection Manager (RDCMan) application improperly parses XML input containing a reference to an external entity. A remote attacker can trick a victim to open a RDG file containing specially crafted XML content and gain unauthorized access to sensitive information on the system.
