1) Improper Certificate Validation (CVE-ID: CVE-2019-10091)
The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to perform a man-in-the-middle attack.The vulnerability exists when TLS is enabled with ssl-endpoint-identification-enabled set to true, due to the affected software fails to perform hostname verification of the entries in the certificate SAN during the SSL handshake. A remote attacker can supply a specially crafted certificate, perform a man-in-the-middle attack and eavesdrop on an encrypted communication.Remediation
