Description

This security bulletin contains information about 3 secuirty vulnerabilities.


1) Path traversal (CVE-ID: CVE-2020-5554)

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to perform directory traversal attacks.

The vulnerability exists due to input validation error when processing directory traversal sequences. A remote attacker can send a specially crafted HTTP request and read arbitrary files on the system.


2) Input validation error (CVE-ID: CVE-2020-5555)

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to compromise the target system.

The vulnerability exists due to insufficient validation of user-supplied input. A remote attacker can pass specially crafted input to the application and manipulate arbitrary files on the system.


3) OS Command Injection (CVE-ID: CVE-2020-5556)

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to execute arbitrary shell commands on the target system.

The vulnerability exists due to improper input validation. A remote unauthenticated attacker can execute arbitrary OS commands on the target system.

Successful exploitation of this vulnerability may result in complete compromise of vulnerable system.
