Description

The vulnerability allows a remote non-authenticated attacker to manipulate data.

An issue was discovered on Samsung mobile devices with KK(4.4), L(5.0/5.1), M(6.0), and N(7.x) software. Applications can send arbitrary premium SMS messages. The Samsung ID is SVE-2017-8701 (June 2017).
