Description

1) Permissions, Privileges, and Access Controls (CVE-ID: CVE-2020-1021)
The vulnerability allows a local user to escalate privileges on the system.
The vulnerability exists in the Windows Error Reporting (WER) when WER handles and executes files. A local user can run a specially crafted application and gain elevated privileges on the target system.
