Description

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to perform spoofing attack.

The vulnerability exists due to the way Microsoft Power BI Report Server validates the content-type of uploaded attachments. A remote authenticated attacker can upload a specially crafted payload, send it to the user and spoof page content.
