DescriptionThe vulnerability allows a local user to escalate privileges on the system.
The vulnerability exists due to application does not properly impose security restrictions within the processing of log files during daily DAT updates. A local user can create a junction and overwrite the contents of a chosen file, leading to arbitrary code execution with SYSTEM privileges.
