DescriptionThe vulnerability allows a local user to execute arbitrary code on the system.
The vulnerability exist due to the affected software fails to use proper quoting in a service name string pointing to a service under the "c:\Program Files\WindowsApp" directory. A local administrator can execute arbitrary code on the target system.
