1) Out-of-bounds read (CVE-ID: CVE-2020-1358)
The vulnerability allows a local user to gain access to potentially sensitive information.
The vulnerability exists due to a boundary condition when the Windows Resource Policy component improperly handles memory. A local user can run a specially crafted application to trigger out-of-bounds read error and read contents of memory on the system.
