Description
This security bulletin contains information about 2 secuirty vulnerabilities.
1) Buffer overflow (CVE-ID: CVE-2020-1549)
The vulnerability allows a local user to escalate privileges on the system.
The vulnerability exists due to a boundary error when the Windows CDP User Components improperly handle memory. A local user can use a specially crafted application to trigger memory corruption and execute arbitrary code on the target system.
Successful exploitation of this vulnerability may result in complete compromise of vulnerable system.
