Description

The vulnerability allows a local user to escalate privileges on the system.

The vulnerability exists due to the "Public Account Pictures" folder improperly handles junctions. A local user can use a specially crafted application and gain elevated privileges on the target system.

Mitigation

Install updates from vendor's website.
