Description

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to perform directory traversal attacks.

The vulnerability exists due to input validation error when processing directory traversal sequences in the "FileUploadServlet" method. A remote attacker can send a specially crafted HTTP request and upload executable files to non-specified directories.

Note: This vulnerability affects the following versions of APC Easy UPS On-Line Software:

  • SFAPV9601 v2.0 and earlier
