Description

The vulnerability allows a local user to gain access to sensitive information on the system.

The vulnerability exists due to the affected software stores a webhook secret unencrypted in its global configuration file "hudson.plugins.tfs.TeamPluginGlobalConfig.xml". A local user with access to the Jenkins controller file system can obtain this secret.
