The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to escalate privilege so the system.

The vulnerability exists due to a boundary error in the Wininit.dll when handling objects in memory. A remote authenticated attacker can trick a victim to open a specially crafted file or visit a malicious webpage, trigger memory corruption and execute arbitrary code on the target system with elevated privileges.
