Description

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to execute arbitrary code on the target system.

The vulnerability exists due to integer overflow in amqp_handle_input() function in librabbitmq/amqp_connection.c in rabbitmq-c when handling the CONNECTION_STATE_HEADER. A remote attacker that controls a malicious server can send a specially crafted response to the application, trigger integer overflow and execute arbitrary code on the target system.

Successful exploitation of this vulnerability may result in complete compromise of vulnerable system.
