Description

This security bulletin contains information about 4 secuirty vulnerabilities.

1) Command Injection (CVE-ID: N/A)

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to execute arbitrary commands on the target system.

The vulnerability exists due to improper input validation. A remote unauthenticated attacker can use an outdated and unused third-party software bundled with the software and execute arbitrary commands on the target system.

Successful exploitation of this vulnerability may result in complete compromise of vulnerable system.

2) SQL injection (CVE-ID: CVE-2020-24569)

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to execute arbitrary SQL queries in database.

The vulnerability exists due to insufficient sanitization of user-supplied data in the knximport component. A remote authenticated attacker can send a specially crafted request to the affected application and execute arbitrary SQL commands within the application database.

Successful exploitation of this vulnerability may allow a remote attacker to read, delete, modify data in database and gain complete control over the affected application.

3) SQL injection (CVE-ID: CVE-2020-24568)

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to execute arbitrary SQL queries in database.

The vulnerability exists due to insufficient sanitization of user-supplied data in the lancompenent component. A remote authenticated attacker can send a specially crafted request to the affected application and execute arbitrary SQL commands within the application database.

Successful exploitation of this vulnerability may allow a remote attacker to read, delete, modify data in database and gain complete control over the affected application.

4) Cross-site request forgery (CVE-ID: CVE-2020-24570)

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to perform cross-site request forgery attacks.

The vulnerability exists due to insufficient validation of the HTTP request origin in the "com_mb24proxy" module. A remote attacker can trick the victim to visit a specially crafted web page and perform arbitrary actions on behalf of the victim on the vulnerable website.
