Description
This security bulletin contains information about 2 secuirty vulnerabilities.
1) Incorrect default permissions (CVE-ID: CVE-2020-13536)
The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to escalate privileges on the system.
The vulnerability exists due to incorrect default permissions for files and folders that are set by the application. A remote attacker can view contents of files and directories or modify them.
2) Permissions, Privileges, and Access Controls (CVE-ID: CVE-2020-13537)
The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to escalate privileges on the system.
The vulnerability exists due to application does not properly impose security restrictions. A remote attacker can edit a source file to insert a malicious code and gain elevated permissions.
