Description

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.

The vulnerability exists due to a NULL pointer dereference error in the function PdfTranslator::setTarget() in pdftranslator.cpp of PoDoFo 0.9.6, while creating the PdfXObject, as demonstrated by podofoimpose. It allows an attacker to cause Denial of Service. A remote attacker can perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.
