The vulnerability allows a remote non-authenticated attacker to read and manipulate data.

The vulnerability exists due to improper input validation within the Preferences component in Oracle CRM Technical Foundation. A remote non-authenticated attacker can exploit this vulnerability to read and manipulate data.
