Description

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.

The vulnerability exists due to software incorrectly forwards IPv6 packets that have an IPv6 node-local multicast group address destination and are received on the management interfaces. A remote attacker on the same local network can cause an IPv6 flood and perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.
