Description
This security bulletin contains information about 7 secuirty vulnerabilities.
1) Permissions, Privileges, and Access Controls (CVE-ID: CVE-2021-43200)
The vulnerability allows a remote user to bypass implemented security restrictions.
The vulnerability exists due to application does not properly impose security restrictions in the agent push functionality. A remote user can gain unauthorized access to the application.
2) Stored cross-site scripting (CVE-ID: CVE-2021-43198)
The disclosed vulnerability allows a remote user to perform cross-site scripting (XSS) attacks.
The vulnerability exists due to insufficient sanitization of user-supplied data. A remote privileged user can inject and execute arbitrary HTML and script code in user's browser in context of vulnerable website.
Successful exploitation of this vulnerability may allow a remote attacker to steal potentially sensitive information, change appearance of the web page, perform phishing and drive-by-download attacks.
3) Permissions, Privileges, and Access Controls (CVE-ID: CVE-2021-43199)
The vulnerability allows a remote user to escalate privileges on the system.
The vulnerability exists due to application does not properly impose security restrictions in the create patch functionality. A remote user can bypass implemented security restrictions.
4) Code Injection (CVE-ID: CVE-2021-43197)
The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to execute arbitrary HTML code on the target system.
The vulnerability exists due to improper input validation in email notifications. A remote attacker can execute arbitrary HTML code in the email client when reading the message.
5) Protection Mechanism Failure (CVE-ID: CVE-2021-43195)
The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to bypass implemented security restrictions.
The vulnerability exists due to missing certain HTTP security headers. An attacker can bypass implemented security restrictions.
6) Input validation error (CVE-ID: CVE-2021-43193)
The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to compromise the affected system.
The vulnerability exists due to insufficient validation of user-supplied input agent push functionality. A remote attacker can pass specially crafted input to the application and execute arbitrary code on the system.
7) Information disclosure (CVE-ID: CVE-2021-43194)
The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to gain access to potentially sensitive information.
The vulnerability exists due to excessive data output by the application. A remote attacker can enumerate application users.
