The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.
The vulnerability exists due to the software that is used for critical functionalities lacks authentication. A remote attacker on the local network can cause a denial of service condition on the target system.
2) Insecure DLL loading (CVE-ID: CVE-2021-44463)

The vulnerability allows a local user to compromise vulnerable system.
The vulnerability exists due to the application loads DLL libraries in an insecure manner. A local user can place a specially crafted .dll file and gain elevated privileges when some DeltaV services are started.
