Description

This security bulletin contains information about 5 secuirty vulnerabilities.

1) Server-Side Request Forgery (SSRF) (CVE-ID: CVE-2021-22033)

The disclosed vulnerability allows a remote user to perform SSRF attacks.

The vulnerability exists due to insufficient validation of user-supplied input. A remote privileged user can send a specially crafted HTTP request and trick the application to initiate requests to arbitrary systems.

Successful exploitation of this vulnerability may allow a remote attacker gain access to sensitive data, located in the local network or send malicious requests to other servers from the vulnerable system.

2) CSV injection (CVE-ID: CVE-2021-22035)

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to inject arbitrary code into CSV files.

The vulnerability exists due to improper input validation in interactive analytics export function. A remote authenticated attacker can inject arbitrary code into a CSV file.

3) Security restrictions bypass (CVE-ID: CVE-2021-22048)

The vulnerability allows a remote user to escalate privileges on the system.

The vulnerability exists due to an error in the IWA (Integrated Windows Authentication) authentication mechanism. A remote authenticated user can escalate privileges on the system.

4) Path traversal (CVE-ID: CVE-2021-21980)

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to perform directory traversal attacks.

The vulnerability exists due to input validation error when processing directory traversal sequences. A remote attacker can send a specially crafted HTTP request and read arbitrary files on the system.

5) Server-Side Request Forgery (SSRF) (CVE-ID: CVE-2021-22049)

The disclosed vulnerability allows a remote attacker to perform SSRF attacks.

The vulnerability exists due to insufficient validation of user-supplied input. A remote attacker can send a specially crafted HTTP request and trick the application to initiate requests to arbitrary systems.

Successful exploitation of this vulnerability may allow a remote attacker gain access to sensitive data, located in the local network or send malicious requests to other servers from the vulnerable system.
