The vulnerability allows a remote user to execute arbitrary script in a victim's browser.

The vulnerability exists due to cross-site scripting in issue attachments when serving a crafted SVG file uploaded as an issue attachment. A remote user can upload a specially crafted SVG file to execute arbitrary script in a victim's browser.

Only installations that allow uploading SVG files as issue attachments are vulnerable.
