Description
This security bulletin contains information about 2 secuirty vulnerabilities.
1) Use-after-free (CVE-ID: CVE-2022-34243)
The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to compromise vulnerable system.
The vulnerability exists due to a use-after-free error when processing U3D files. A remote attacker can trick the victim to open a specially crafted U3D file, trigger a use-after-free error and execute arbitrary code on the system.
Successful exploitation of the vulnerability may allow an attacker to compromise vulnerable system.
2) Access of Uninitialized Pointer (CVE-ID: CVE-2022-34244)
The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to gain access to sensitive information.
The vulnerability exists due to memory leak when handling U3D files. A remote attacker can trick the victim to open a specially crafted file and gain access to sensitive information.
