Description

This security bulletin contains information about 3 secuirty vulnerabilities.


1) Input validation error (CVE-ID: CVE-2022-34720)

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.

The vulnerability exists due to insufficient validation of user-supplied input when processing IKEv1 packets. A remote attacker can send specially crafted IKEv1 packets to the system and perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.


2) Input validation error (CVE-ID: CVE-2022-34721)

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to execute arbitrary code on the system.

The vulnerability exists due to insufficient validation of user-supplied input when handling IKEv1 packets. A remote attacker can send specially crafted IKEv1 packets to the affected system and execute arbitrary code.
