Description

The vulnerability allows a local user to gain access to sensitive information.

The vulnerability exists due to application stores the SSL-VPN password in clear text in FortiTray process. A local user can obtain the SSL-VPN password in cleartext via running a logstream for the FortiTray process in the terminal.

Mitigation

Install updates from vendor's website.
