Description

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to gain access to sensitive information.

The vulnerability exists due to usage of a common encryption key across all deployed instances of Serv-U FTP Server. A remote attacker with access to the encryption key can decrypt any information stored on the servers.

Mitigation

Install updates from vendor's website.
